Virtual factors are leading and misleading both but every netizen has to be accurate in using webs and blogs in a creative way, otherwise widely it is observed that netizens are turning up into net-addicts. Net-Zones have created a new zone even for educational purposes. People all over the world are sharing, exchanging, teaching, learning, viewing lots of net-materials everyday. Ultimately, we can say, Blogging has become an essential feature for almost every netizen.
